Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aoluxorwealthmgmt.com and any related services provided by AO Luxor ("AO Luxor," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, submitting a quote request, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this service is — and is not

AO Luxor is a licensed insurance agency. This website is an insurance lead and quoting service. Submitting the form on this site requests that a licensed agent contact you to discuss coverage options and, if you choose, help you apply.

To be explicit about what this is not:

• Nothing on this website is an offer of insurance, a binder, or a guarantee of coverage.
• No coverage is in force until an insurance carrier has approved an application and the required premium has been paid.
• AO Luxor is not an insurance carrier and does not underwrite policies. All coverage is issued and underwritten by third-party insurance carriers and is subject to their underwriting rules, their approval, and the terms of the policy they issue.
• Rates, plan availability, and plan features vary by state, by carrier, and by applicant, and are subject to change.
• Any figure quoted on this site or by an agent before underwriting is an estimate, not a final price.
• AO Luxor is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.

Eligibility

You may use this site and submit a quote request only if you are at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States. By submitting the form you represent that both are true. If you are submitting information about someone other than yourself, you represent that you have that person's authorization to provide their information and to request contact on their behalf.

Accuracy of the information you provide

You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete, and to provide a telephone number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide. Quotes are based on what you tell us; inaccurate information produces inaccurate quotes and can result in an application being declined or a policy being rescinded by the carrier. Insurance applications contain their own representations, and material misstatements on an application may void coverage.

SMS Terms

Program description

The AO Luxor text messaging program sends messages related to your quote request and, where applicable, your policy. Message content includes coverage options, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up from a licensed agent, and responses to questions you send us.

Opt-in is optional and is not a condition of purchase

You are enrolled only if you affirmatively check the SMS consent checkbox on our quote form. That box is unchecked by default. You can submit the form, receive a quote, and buy a policy without ever enrolling. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your quote request and the stage of your application.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your own mobile carrier under your wireless plan. AO Luxor does not charge a fee for text messages.

How to opt out — STOP

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. After you send STOP you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also opt out by calling (586) 222-6213 or emailing justin@aoluxor.com. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your quote request and does not affect your ability to work with an agent by phone or email.

Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and on your device, and neither AO Luxor nor any carrier guarantees that a message will be delivered. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers

Participating carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, Virgin Mobile, Alltel, Cellular One, Cellcom, C-Spire, Google Voice, nTelos, and others. Carrier participation may change without notice. Not all handsets or carriers support all message types.

Mobile number changes

If you change or give up the mobile number you provided, you agree to notify us so that we do not send messages to a person who has not consented. You can reach us at (586) 222-6213 or justin@aoluxor.com.

Privacy of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Mobile Messaging and SMS Consent section of our Privacy Policy for the complete statement.

Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, layout, graphics, logos, and the AO Luxor name and wordmark — is owned by AO Luxor or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, frame, or use this content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AO Luxor and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of this website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US $100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights under an insurance policy issued to you by a carrier.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to this website are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and AO Luxor agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan for any dispute not subject to arbitration, and each party waives any objection to venue in those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance. Changes to the SMS Terms will not be applied retroactively to consent you have already given — if we materially change the messaging program, we will seek fresh consent.
